Masaki Watanabe is a director, art director, and designer born in Paris in 1994 and currently based in Tokyo. He studied Visual Communication and Graphic Design at ENSAAMA in France and later Audiovisual Arts at Musashino Art University in Japan. In 2017, he joined MAXILLA, a Tokyo-based visual collective. His work spans music videos, commercials, and promotional films, as well as logo design, CD artwork, and installation projects. Known for energetic direction and striking graphic elements, his work often comes alive through its strong connection with music.
