Often regarded as a “director’s director” among music video filmmakers, Kyotaro Hayashi is a Japanese film director known for his influential work in music videos. He studied Interaction Design in the Information Design Department at Tama Art University, and his work has had a lasting impact on the field ever since. His practice spans film direction, photography, infographics, motion graphics, and VFX.
